Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of My Little Tale (the “Service”), a Telegram Mini App and bot (@MyLittleTaleBot) that creates personalized children’s stories and illustrations.
By accepting these Terms and using the Service, you enter into a contract with us and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by FOP Tiodorov Yevhen Kostiantynovych, an individual entrepreneur registered in Dnipro, Ukraine.
Contact: support@mylittletale.top.
2. Description of the Service
You may create a child’s profile by providing their name, age and interests and, optionally, a description of their appearance, a photograph, family members, friends, toys and other details.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to create personalized stories and illustrations. For this purpose, the necessary data is shared with the artificial intelligence service providers identified in our Privacy Policy.
Stories and illustrations are creative outputs generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. They may vary in style and quality, contain inaccuracies or unexpected details, or not fully match your request. The Service is intended solely for entertainment purposes.
You must review generated content before showing it to a child or publishing it.
3. Eligibility and children’s data
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your country, to use the Service.
A child’s profile may be created only by the child’s parent or legal guardian. By creating a profile, you confirm that:
- you are the child’s parent or legal guardian;
- you have the right to provide the child’s data and photographs;
- you consent to the processing of this data for the creation of stories and illustrations; and
- you have obtained the necessary consent to use photographs of other individuals if you add them to the Service.
For more information about how data is processed, stored and deleted, please see our Privacy Policy.
4. Account and profiles
The Service uses your Telegram account and Telegram user ID.
You are responsible for:
- access to your Telegram account;
- the accuracy of the information you provide;
- all activity carried out through your account; and
- the legality of the content you upload.
You may delete a child’s profile, a photograph or your entire account through the Service. Retention periods and the consequences of deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Free and paid features
Creating a basic text profile for a child may be free of charge. An active paid subscription is required to generate personalized stories and illustrations unless otherwise expressly stated in the Service.
Each plan may include:
- a specified number of generations during each billing period;
- a specified number of child profiles; and
- additional features or limitations.
The current price, duration, number of generations and other plan conditions are displayed before payment.
A generation is considered used once the content-generation process has started. If content is not delivered because of a confirmed technical problem on our side, we may restore the generation to your allowance or repeat it at no additional charge.
Unused generations do not carry over to the next billing period unless otherwise expressly stated when purchasing the plan.
6. Subscriptions, payments and automatic renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions with a 30-day billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize the relevant payment platform to automatically charge you the applicable price for each subsequent billing period.
The price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency and plan features are displayed before payment.
6.1. Telegram Stars
Payments for digital goods and services made inside the Telegram bot or Mini App are processed exclusively in Telegram Stars.
Purchasing Stars from Telegram is a separate transaction between you and Telegram. Spending Stars on My Little Tale gives you the corresponding paid access to our Service.
Telegram Stars payments are also governed by the Telegram Stars Terms of Service.
6.2. Card payments through Paddle
Card payments, where available on our external website, are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
For these transactions, Paddle:
- sells the subscription to the buyer;
- collects the payment;
- calculates and remits applicable taxes;
- issues payment documents; and
- handles cancellations, refunds and payment disputes.
Your use of the Product is governed by these Terms, while the payment transaction is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
7. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future automatic renewals.
You can cancel:
- through the “My subscription” section in the Service;
- through Paddle’s subscription management portal for card payments; or
- through Telegram’s subscription settings for Telegram Stars payments.
After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be charged after that period ends.
Cancelling a subscription does not itself entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.
8. Immediate provision and the right of withdrawal
Paid access is activated immediately after successful payment. Personalized digital content is created immediately at your request and requires the use of paid third-party resources.
Before payment, where required by applicable law, you will be separately asked to:
- expressly request the immediate activation of your subscription and supply of digital content before the end of any statutory withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that, once generation of a story or illustration begins, you lose your right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content.
Where applicable law treats any part of the subscription as an ongoing digital service and preserves a right of withdrawal, you request that provision of that service begin immediately and agree to pay for the portion already supplied to the extent permitted by law.
Refund conditions are described in detail in our Refund Policy.
9. Your content
You retain your rights to the data, descriptions and photographs you provide to the Service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive and royalty-free permission to process this content only to the extent necessary to:
- operate the Service;
- create the stories and illustrations you request;
- store your library;
- maintain security; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
This permission ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where continued retention is required by law or necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute.
You must not upload materials for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.
10. Generated stories and illustrations
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use stories and illustrations generated specifically for you for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:
- reading and storing them;
- printing them;
- creating family albums;
- sharing them with family and friends; and
- posting them on your personal social-media accounts.
To the extent that we hold any relevant rights, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the generated content for these personal purposes.
Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee that:
- generated content is unique;
- similar content will not be generated for other users;
- any story or illustration is eligible for copyright protection in your country; or
- an illustration will accurately reproduce the appearance of a person shown in a photograph.
Commercial use of generated content requires our prior written consent unless otherwise expressly stated in the Service.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- upload content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others;
- upload photographs of people without the necessary consent;
- attempt to circumvent plan limits or payment mechanisms;
- automate use of the Service without our permission;
- overload, damage or disrupt the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except where expressly permitted by law;
- use the Service or generated content to violate the privacy, copyright or other rights of third parties; or
- present generated content as professional medical, psychological, educational or other specialist advice.
We may restrict or suspend use that threatens the security, stability or lawful operation of the Service.
12. Third-party providers
We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including artificial intelligence, payment and Telegram-infrastructure providers.
Use of individual features may also be subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
Information about providers, data processing and international transfers is provided in our Privacy Policy.
13. Availability and changes to the Service

- temporarily restrict access for technical, security or legal reasons.
If a change materially affects paid functionality or consumer rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
- materially or repeatedly breach these Terms;
- use the Service unlawfully;
- make fraudulent payments or repeatedly abuse refunds;
- create a risk to the security or stability of the Service; or
- fail to pay amounts due.
Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the breach.
Rules governing the retention and deletion of data after a subscription ends or an account is deleted are set out in the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- stories and illustrations will always meet your expectations;
- generated content will be completely accurate or free from errors;
- the Service will operate without interruption;
- every error can be corrected; or

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability in connection with a particular subscription will not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant billing period, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury where provided by law.
17. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Accepting these Terms does not constitute automatic consent to any optional processing of personal data. Where the law requires separate consent, it will be requested separately.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be published on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, payments or use of the Service, we will notify you and, where required by law, ask you to accept the updated version.
The previous version of these Terms will continue to apply to completed transactions where required by applicable law.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or rights to bring a claim before a court or other competent authority granted by the laws of your country of residence.
